Listed Building Consent Granted

16 Swan Street Warwick approved plans grade-II listed building

Unity Architects is able to announce that 16 Swan Street, Warwick, has received Listed Building consent. The Developer Client had pressing timescale needs upon this project which we have been able to deliver upon, achieving this positive outcome within 12-weeks from professional appointment.

The change of use from dwellinghouse (C3) to a small HMO (C4) is permitted as lawful, as detailed within ‘The Town and Country Planning - GPDO (England) 2015 Part 3’ and the proposed internal alterations were considered delicate enough by Warwick District Council’s Conservation Officer, to grant Listed Building approval.

We are delighted to have been able to work upon this Grade-II Listed Building, as the practice continues to expand its portfolio of conservation and heritage projects.

We now look forward to developing the proposals further during RIBA Stage 4 - Technical Design.
