Description: This is another one of our favourite micro-projects. An existing mid-terraced, two-up, two-down dwelling, located on Gordon Street, within the Leamington Spa Conservation Area. A young professional family in need of more space appointed Unity Architects to create a modest extension with associated internal alterations. The constructed outcome was exceptional. Not only did the new space provide many years of enjoyment for the homeowner, they have since benefitted by selling the property for a considerable profit and we are now working together on their new home in a different part of Leamington. This is representative of a successful client-architect relationship, with tangible outcomes demonstrating the embedded value of our designs.

Statutory Consents: Planning approved. Building Control granted.
