Project Appointment - Warwick Boat Club

We are delighted to announce Unity Architects has been appointed to develop the Pavilion Building at Warwick Boat Club.

Originally formed in 1861, Warwick Boat Club is a multi-sport club providing tennis, squash, rowing, bowls and social facilities.

Set with the backdrop of Warwick Castle, it presents one of the most picturesque locations within the UK for sports and has a reputation of nurturing talented individuals, feeding directly into the national sports network.

The Pavilion Building is set to receive significant upgrades, to support the excellent sports facilities that are already established. Elevating the Pavilion Building to industry leading standards will help shape the future of the club and further catalyse the development of sporting talent.

Warwick Boat Club’s vision is to be recognised as the most welcoming community sports club in the Midlands. The development of the Pavilion Building will strengthen the social and leisure scene at the heart of this cherished club and help deliver the established values of being progressive, inclusive and sustainable.
